RJ Barrett, recently traded to the Toronto Raptors, scored a season-high 37 points in a game against the Golden State Warriors, leading the Raptors to a 133-118 victory.
Stephen Curry of the Warriors had an off night, scoring only nine points and missing all nine of his 3-point attempts.
Barrett, who was acquired from the New York Knicks on Dec. 30, made 11 of his first 14 shots and ended up with 13 for 20 from the floor, along with six rebounds and six assists.
Former Warrior Chris Boucher, now with the Raptors, contributed 17 points and nine rebounds off the bench.
The Warriors struggled without veteran guard Chris Paul, who is out with a broken left hand, and despite Klay Thompson scoring 25 points, they couldn't overcome a significant first-half deficit.
