Overview

• The five-day event runs Oct. 8–12 across the Cincinnati, Newport and Covington riverfronts with free music stages, regional food and drink experiences, artisan markets, River Talks and the newly dedicated Riverwalk attraction with a companion app.
• Organizers say the festival brings together riverboats from seven cities for what they bill as the largest collection in the country, with more than 160 cruises scheduled.
• All ticketed headliner concerts were canceled, and organizers say refunds have been issued after poor ticket sales prompted the decision.
• A dozen late-night river cruise departures were removed or consolidated due to very low bookings, with some customers rescheduled and walk-up tickets available for remaining activities.
• The Coast Guard plans temporary no‑wake zones and periodic river closures on the Ohio and Licking rivers during the festival to manage heavy boat traffic.
