- First-year secondary students can enroll starting September 15 at becaritacetina.gob.mx, where tutors register, verify data and upload required documents in PDF/JPG/PNG of up to 5 MB.
- The National Coordination of Scholarships confirmed there will be no double deposit in October, as the program only pays during active school months and the next transfer covers September–October.
- Authorities have not yet released the official payout calendar, though dispersals are expected in early October and typically proceed in staggered alphabetical order.
- SEP said primary students will be added in 2026 in two waves—January for grades 4–6 and September for grades 1–3—with a target expansion toward roughly 21.6 million beneficiaries.
- The benefit provides 1,900 pesos bimonthly as a base per family plus 700 pesos for each additional secondary student, reaching about 9,500 pesos over the school year for one student.
