Riot Games Unveils 2XKO, a League of Legends Fighting Game, Set for 2025 Release

The game, previously known as Project L, will feature 2v2 battles and a roster of popular League of Legends champions.

Riot Games announced 2XKO, the official title for its upcoming League of Legends fighting game, previously referred to as Project L.
2XKO is set to launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025, with a demo playable at EVO Japan 2024 in April.
The game will focus on 2v2 battles, building on the legacy of tag-team fighters and introducing unique mechanics like the Fuse system.
Over 500 Riot Games developers were laid off in January, but the company plans to focus on established games and upcoming projects like 2XKO.
Confirmed champions for 2XKO include Ahri, Darius, Ekko, Illaoi, Jinx, and Yasuo, promising a diverse roster for players.
