Overview

  • The station offers Meißner Landhonig and Dresdner Stadthonig that are unfiltered and warmed only to a maximum of 40 °C to preserve natural flavor.
  • A full 250-gram glass costs €5.70 and smaller fills are weighed and priced at checkout.
  • Dispensers hold 50 kg of rural Landhonig and 35 kg of urban Stadthonig and are replenished by Heinzig as stocks run low.
  • Heinzig’s apiary operates around 200 hives across Meißen and Dresden, yielding between three and six tons of honey annually.
  • The collaboration with Vorwerk-Podemus adapts the chain’s milk-tap concept and could roll out to its 11 bio-store locations if customer demand remains strong.
