Overview
- Cortege began at 9:45am at the Cheshire Cheese in Gee Cross, heading through Hyde toward Manchester Cathedral for a noon, invitation-only service.
- Stops and passes include Harehill Tavern, The New Inn for a dove release, Hatton’s Gym, Hyde Town Hall, Betta Bodies Gym and the AO Arena.
- After the service, the procession continues to Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium for a final public tribute before a private committal.
