Ricky Gervais Mourns Death of Beloved 'After Life' Dog Brandy

Vislor Antilly, the German shepherd who played Brandy in the Netflix series, passed away peacefully at age 13.

Ricky Gervais paid tribute to Vislor Antilly, also known as Anti, the dog who portrayed Brandy in his hit Netflix series 'After Life.'
Anti, a German shepherd, appeared in all 18 episodes of the show, where her character provided emotional support to Gervais's grieving character, Tony.
The dog’s owners announced her passing on Instagram, noting she died peacefully at her home in Oxfordshire at the age of 13.
In addition to 'After Life,' Anti had roles in Hollywood films such as 'Edge of Tomorrow' and 'The Midnight Sky,' as well as British TV shows like 'Doc Martin' and 'Midsomer Murders.'
Gervais described Anti as a 'beautiful soul' and credited her for making 'After Life' his favorite filming experience of all time.
