Rick Hendrick and Speedway Motorsports Launch Ten Tenths Motor Club in Charlotte

The expansive new auto complex will feature a state-of-the-art road course, event facilities, and off-road trails, set to open next April.

The Ten Tenths Motor Club will be located at the Concord track near Charlotte Motor Speedway, covering 100 acres.
Designed by F1 veteran Alexander Wurz, the facility will include a 1.7-mile full circuit with 112 feet of elevation change.
The project includes a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse for events and a members' garage with luxury amenities.
Construction is nearly complete, with a grand opening planned for April 2025, featuring the Smith Heritage Invitational showcase.
The development aims to attract auto enthusiasts from across the country, enhancing the region's motorsports appeal.
