Richard Caring Nears £1bn Sale of The Ivy Restaurant Group

The 'King of Mayfair' is set to sell his stake in the iconic Ivy Collection to Si Advisers, marking the first ownership change in nearly two decades.

The Ivy Collection includes over 40 restaurants and has been a staple of London's high-end dining scene.
The deal, expected to close within weeks, will exclude Caring's other ventures such as Sexy Fish and Annabel's.
Si Advisers, led by Hamza Ben Abderahmen and Ameel Somani, will acquire the majority stake.
Caring may retain a minority stake and remain involved in future operations.
The Ivy's expansion plans include opening new locations in the UK and potentially the US.
