Rhode Island Man Arrested for Setting Fires at Predominantly Black Church

The fires were set around the exterior of the predominantly Black church early Sunday morning, causing significant property damage but no injuries.

The congregation, established for about 35 years, had to hold its Sunday service at another location due to the damage.
