'RHOA' Alum Peter Thomas Arrested for DUI and Multiple Other Charges

- Peter Thomas, ex-husband of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Cynthia Bailey, was arrested for driving under the influence in Cobb County, Georgia.

- Upon his release on a nearly $3,000 bail, a judge decreed that Thomas is prohibited from drinking alcohol and ingesting marijuana, and must submit to random drug and alcohol testing at his own cost.
- Thomas has a history with the law, having been arrested in 2019 for allegedly writing fraudulent checks.
- Thomas and Bailey, who joined 'RHOA' in 2010, confirmed their separation in 2016.
