• Kulwant Singh, 66, a retired State Bank of India manager, fell from the 14th-floor skywalk connecting towers T-8 and T-7 at RPS Savana residential society on June 24 while watering potted plants
• He was declared dead at the scene and his body was sent to Badshah Khan Civil Hospital for a postmortem examination
• Inspector Arvind Kumar said the skywalk had been closed as a fire escape and that routine plant watering had exacerbated corrosion, weakening the structure
