The baby, nicknamed 'Baby Jesus' by Eyster, was adopted and raised by a loving family.
23 years later, Hegedus-Stewart, now a police officer, was recognized by a colleague during a routine call.
The reunion was emotionally significant for Eyster, especially after the recent loss of his own son.
