Retired doctor arrested on yacht containing guns, drugs, and prostitutes after distress call from woman

Police searched a yacht in Nantucket Harbor after a distress call from a woman feeling unsafe, finding guns, ammunition, cocaine, ketamine, and prostitutes on board.
The yacht's owner, retired doctor Scott Anthony Burke, was arrested on multiple charges including drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession.
Burke pleaded not guilty at his arraignment but was held on $200,000 cash bail at a detention hearing.
The investigation began after the 70-foot yacht arrived in Nantucket from Newport, Rhode Island.
Burke is a former doctor from Colorado who more recently started a medical insurance company in Florida.
