Overview
- Modesto police detained Angel Cabrera, 18, and Christian DiazSilva, 19, on Sept. 26 after Target loss-prevention flagged alleged theft at the Sisk Road store.
- Detectives learned Cabrera was wanted in Salinas in a Sept. 19 double shooting on Cross Avenue that killed a 20-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy and wounded another 17-year-old.
