Overview
- ResMed and Frazier Healthcare Partners signed a definitive agreement announced July 7, 2026, under which Frazier will acquire MatrixCare and related products including Healthcare First, Citus and home health and hospice solutions.
- The deal excludes ResMed’s Brightree business in the U.S. and MEDIFOX DAN in Germany and leaves MatrixCare operating inside ResMed until the transaction closes.
- Frazier said it expects to complete the acquisition in the third quarter of 2026 while ResMed defined the expected close as ResMed’s fiscal 2027 first quarter, and the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
