Rescuers Search for Woman Buried in 26-Foot Sinkhole in Kuala Lumpur

A 48-year-old Indian woman fell into a sinkhole after the pavement collapsed in a busy district of the Malaysian capital.

The incident occurred in the Dang Wangi area of Kuala Lumpur, near Masjid India mosque.
Eyewitnesses reported the woman was walking when the ground suddenly gave way beneath her.
Rescue teams, including special tactical units and K-9 units, are working to locate the victim.
Authorities have barricaded the area and are using excavators to clear debris.
The identity of the woman has not been confirmed, and the cause of the sinkhole is still under investigation.
