Reputed Gang Member Freed on Reduced Bail Twice Kills Two, Terrorizes NYC

Messiah Nantwi was out on bail for shooting three NYPD officers when he allegedly committed two murders over Easter weekend, sending shockwaves through the city.
Nantwi had previously been arrested and charged with attempted murder for shooting at police officers but had his bail reduced.
After posting bail, he allegedly killed one man execution-style in a Harlem smoke shop and another in a gang-related assassination.
Nantwi is believed to be a member of the OTN Goodfellas gang, known for violence and trafficking illegal guns in Harlem.
Law enforcement blasted the judge's decision to lower Nantwi's bail, saying innocent lives were put at risk.
