Republican Jewish Coalition Endorses Bob Good’s Primary Opponent Over Israel Aid Vote

The Republican Jewish Coalition has backed John McGuire against Rep. Bob Good, criticizing Good’s vote against emergency aid for Israel.

The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) endorsed state Sen. John McGuire in Virginia’s 5th Congressional District GOP primary over incumbent Bob Good due to Good's vote against a $95 billion aid package that included funding for Israel.
Rep. Bob Good defended his vote by citing concerns over the national debt and the nature of the funding, which he described as unpaid for.
The RJC criticized Good for abandoning Israel during a critical time, especially following a severe crisis involving the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust.
Other Republican groups, including the Republican Main Street Partnership, have also expressed opposition to Good.
The primary election in Virginia’s 5th District is scheduled for June 18, where McGuire is seen as a serious contender with endorsements from prominent Republicans.
