Republican Accountability PAC Launches 'Dictator Donald' Ad Campaign Against Trump

The Republican Accountability PAC has launched a new ad campaign titled 'Dictator Donald', comparing former President Donald Trump to dictators such as Mussolini, Chávez, Pinochet, and Orbán.
The ad highlights a post by Trump on Truth Social in December 2022, where he called for the 'termination' of articles of the Constitution.
The campaign also claims that Trump plans to 'purge tens of thousands of civil servants' and replace them with his loyalists if elected again in 2024, a tactic used by authoritarian Viktor Orbán to dismantle Hungary's democracy.
The ad will run nationally on MSNBC and CNN from December 26-29, on Hallmark Channel from December 22-28, and on TBS' A Christmas Story marathon on Christmas day.
The total spend for this campaign is $200,000, and it will target voters in key swing states including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
