• Documents from a liquidated law firm’s accounts show two transfers of €149,500 each from GDF Suez to Rachida Dati in July 2010 and February 2011 labeled “Dati honoraires GDF Suez.”
• Those payments coincided with Dati’s amendments and public positions that favored gas industry interests during her 2009–2019 tenure in the European Parliament.
