Overview
- Industry reports published in late April say Royal Enfield is preparing a Scram 450 for a 2027 launch in India.
- The scrambler is expected to run the Sherpa 452 cc liquid-cooled single with roughly 40 PS and 40 Nm through a 6-speed gearbox.
- A 19-inch front and 17-inch rear are planned to lower seat height, with USD forks and a rear monoshock also reported, with suspension travel and tubeless-ready wheel options yet to be confirmed.
- Expected kit includes a round TFT with smartphone casting, Bluetooth navigation, riding modes, switchable dual-channel ABS, and a slip-assist clutch.
- Positioning is slated between the Guerrilla 450 and Himalayan 450 at a mid-range price, with Triumph’s Scrambler 400 range as the key rival.
