Overview
- Atari and developer Sad Cat Studios announced Tuesday that REPLACED will arrive on Android via Google Play on December 8.
- The Android port was handled by Poland-based studio The Knights of U and will participate in the Google Play Games program to let players buy once and carry saves across supported devices.
- REPLACED first launched on April 14 for Xbox Series and PC and has been available on Game Pass, attracting more than 900,000 players since its spring release.
- The game is a 2.5D cinematic cyberpunk platformer in which you play as R. E.A. C.H., an AI placed into a human body who explores Phoenix City and opposes the Phoenix Corporation.
- Most outlets report the December 8 date from the official announcement but one outlet listed December 9, a single-day reporting discrepancy that does not contradict the publisher’s statement.
