Repeat Macy’s Shoplifter Held After Two-Day Theft at Oak Brook Store

  • During his second arrest, Hart fled on foot and allegedly pulled a clump of hair from an officer’s head, causing cuts and bruises.
  • Charged with burglary, aggravated battery, retail theft and resisting arrest, he was ordered held pre-trial on Friday.
