Renowned Crocodile Expert Sentenced for Heinous Animal Abuse

Adam Britton, once celebrated in zoological circles, received over a decade in prison for torturing and killing dozens of dogs.

Britton admitted to 56 charges of bestiality and animal cruelty, along with accessing child abuse material.
The crimes, described as 'grotesque' by the judge, were committed in a 'torture room' on Britton's property.
He manipulated pet owners into giving him their dogs, promising a good home, only to abuse them.
Britton's actions were discovered after an anonymous tip led to a police raid in April 2022.
He has been banned from owning mammals for life and will be eligible for parole in 2028.
