- Municipal campaigns on Wednesday, Nov. 12 will run in Jauja, Junín (Plaza de Armas, 8:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and Pichacani–Laraqueri, Puno (Registro Civil office, 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), offering first issuance, renewals, updates and duplicates of the DNIe at no cost.
- Saturday’s free drives took place in Piura and Arequipa (regional coliseums) and in Lurín, Lima (UPIS San José complex), with attention by order of arrival, limited quotas and priority for minors, low‑income families, seniors and people with disabilities.
- For minors, required documents include the original birth certificate, the parent or legal guardian’s ID and the child’s presence; renewals generally require the current DNI or a registration form if lost, and proof of address is requested for domicile changes.
- Reniec reiterates that the DNIe 3.0 is the sole document now issued and that the personal PIN for its digital certificate is created at pickup and can only be reset in person with biometric validation at Reniec offices or authorized agents.
- Standard fees remain S/41 for adults and S/16 for minors, with a temporary S/30 rate through Dec. 31, 2025 for first‑time migration from the blue DNI to the DNIe, alongside free issuance for newborns and infants under eight months for the rest of 2025.
