- On Nov. 8, free one-day services are operating in Lurín (10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.), Piura (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) and Arequipa (8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.).
- Additional campaigns will run on Nov. 12 in Junín’s Jauja (Plaza de Armas, 8:45 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) and Puno’s Pichacani-Laraqueri (civil registry office, 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.).
- Events prioritize children, older adults and low‑income residents, operate with limited slots, and serve attendees on a first‑come basis without prior registration.
- Eligible procedures include first‑time enrollment, renewals, data updates and duplicates, with free photo capture offered at certain sites such as Lurín.
- For minors, requirements include the original birth certificate, the parent or guardian’s ID, and the child’s presence for first registration, while RENIEC continues free DNI issuance for newborns and infants under eight months through 2025 and now issues only the DNIe 3.0.
