Overview

  • Reniec confirmed 50 designated service centers will open nationwide on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 December.
  • The special operation will handle only DNI procedures, including first issuance, renewal, data updates and document pickup.
  • Opening hours are Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Saturday from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • The first electronic DNI costs S/30 for adults and S/16 for minors, with renewal at S/41 and duplicate at S/33, and the stated rates remain valid through 31 December 2025.
  • Applicants must generate a payment ticket at recaudacion.reniec.gob.pe, pay via Yape or Banco de la Nación Pagalo.pe, and verify their chosen office is on the enabled list before attending.
