The Renault 5 Turbo 3E is an all-electric homage to the 1980s Renault 5 Turbo, featuring a retro-inspired design with modern engineering.
Equipped with 540 horsepower and dual in-wheel rear motors, the car achieves a top speed of 168 mph and accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.5 seconds.
The lightweight carbon fiber body, combined with a 70 kWh battery, offers approximately 250 miles of range under WLTP standards, with 350 kW fast charging capability for rapid recharging.
Limited to 1,980 units, the vehicle will be available in select markets including Europe, Japan, and Australia, with prices rumored to start around $168,000 and potentially reaching $260,000 with full customization.
