Renaud-Bray Acquires Art Supply Retailer DeSerres

The acquisition includes 28 stores, Cadres Verbec, and Lamarche Importation, expanding Renaud-Bray's portfolio.

Renaud-Bray has purchased DeSerres, a century-old art supply retailer.
The deal encompasses 28 DeSerres stores located in Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia, as well as the company's website.
Included in the acquisition are Cadres Verbec, a framing supply service, and Lamarche Importation, a stationery distributor.
Founded in 1908, DeSerres originally started as a hardware store before shifting focus to art supplies in the 1950s.
Renaud-Bray's portfolio now includes bookstores, Archambault stores, Griffon toy shops, and distributors Prologue and Pierre Belvédère.
