• In February 2023, a 17cm ovarian cyst led to an emergency hysterectomy and six weeks later doctors confirmed stage three endometrial cancer.
• Between August and September 2023 she completed six rounds of chemotherapy and has since entered remission.
• She waited two years for a menopause specialist appointment after referral and had not had a smear test since 2019, underscoring systemic screening delays.
• She has signed up for the Chris Hoy Tour de 4, planning to cycle 56 miles on September 7 as part of her ongoing fundraising and awareness campaign.
