• The DuPage County Coroner confirmed the identification on Sept. 8 using dental records.
• Human remains were discovered on Aug. 14 in Springbrook Prairie’s southwest corner near 83rd Street and Chandelle Drive.
• Officers were led through dense high grass to a deceased person whose clothing matched what Abosede was last seen wearing.
• The 46-year-old mother of four was last seen July 30 walking from her home on Sudbury Street without her phones, carrying a white water bottle.
• Her family issued thanks for community support and requested privacy as Forest Preserve District police continue the investigation.
