  • Reliance NU Energies won the LOA from SJVN Limited for a 350 MW solar installation integrated with a 175 MW/700 MWh Battery Energy Storage System, marking the largest allocation in SJVN’s 1,200 MW solar and 600 MW/2,400 MWh storage tender.
  • The project award boosts Reliance Power’s Solar + BESS pipeline to 2.4 GW of solar capacity and over 2.5 GWh of storage, making it the country’s largest player in the segment.
  • Shares closed at ₹59.43 on May 30 after peaking at a 52-week high of ₹60.50, driven by heavy trading volumes and renewed investor confidence.
  • In Q4 FY25, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹126 crore, a turnaround from a ₹397.56 crore loss a year earlier, while full-year profit reached ₹2,947.83 crore.
  • Debt servicing of ₹5,338 crore over the past year reduced the debt-to-equity ratio to 0.88:1 and shares have delivered multibagger returns of 139% over one year and 2,900% over five years.
