Reich hands over playcalling duties to Brown amid Panthers' winless start

Head coach Frank Reich has given offensive playcalling responsibilities to coordinator Thomas Brown.
Brown joined Reich's staff in February after previous experience with the Rams.
The decision comes during the Panthers' bye week before facing Houston.
Rookie quarterback Bryce Young is still seeking his first NFL win as a starter.
