- Eligibility requires being at least 65 years old with Mexican nationality and residence, and women already in Pensión Mujeres Bienestar shift automatically at 65 without reapplying.
- Applicants must appear in person or use an authorized auxiliary or home visit and present an official ID, recent CURP, birth certificate, proof of address under six months, and a contact phone number.
