• Police stopped Jhayco at about 2:55 a.m. for driving slowly and detected a strong odor of cannabis and visible white powder on his person, according to Miami-Dade records.
• A vehicle and personal search uncovered two bags of roughly seven grams of cannabis each and three small bags of cocaine totaling about two grams.
• Jhayco was booked at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on counts of cocaine and cannabis possession.
