  • The victim, an adult male from San Mateo, was stabbed on the platform shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday and died later that night at a hospital.
  • Deputies reported that the preliminary investigation indicates an isolated incident with no continuing risk to riders or nearby residents.
  • Investigators worked through the night to identify the suspect and are seeking witness video, photos or other tips; information can be sent to Detective Nick Kostielney at [email protected] or 650-418-0094.
