Redhot Ranch to Open First Suburban Outpost in Skokie With Oberweis Dairy

It repurposes the former That Burger Joint location for a shared-space concept with Oberweis Dairy.

Overview

  • The Skokie venue is set to debut in early August as Redhot Ranch’s first expansion beyond Chicago.
  • Redhot Ranch will co-locate with Oberweis Dairy at 4811 Dempster Street in the former That Burger Joint space.
  • The new site will offer the full Chicago menu, including dogs, burgers and fries, plus an exclusive Alaskan cod sandwich.
