• RedBird IMI, the media investment firm led by former CNN chief Jeff Zucker, has invested in Media Res, the studio behind Apple TV+'s hit series 'The Morning Show'.
• Media Res plans to use the investment to expand its scripted business in the U.S. and abroad, and to grow its unscripted and film divisions.
• Jeff Zucker will join the board of Media Res as part of the deal.
