Red Sox Activate Arroyo, DFA Tapia to Keep Duran

Boston Red Sox designated outfielder Raimel Tapia for assignment and activated infielder Christian Arroyo from the injured list.
Tapia appeared in 39 games for the Red Sox this season, batting .264 with one home run and 10 RBIs.
Arroyo was activated off the 10-day IL (hamstring) and has played in 27 games this season with one home run and 11 RBIs.
The move to DFA Tapia was made in order to keep Jarren Duran, who has been performing well, on the roster.
Adam Duvall is expected to be activated from the injured list on Friday.
