Red Sea Global Sets AMAALA Triple Bay Opening With Six Luxury Resorts

The PIF-owned developer casts the debut as a regenerative tourism model powered entirely by renewables with a strict annual visitor cap.

Overview

  • The first wave features properties from Equinox, Four Seasons, Nammos, Rosewood and Six Senses alongside the AMAALA Hotel, with openings set in the coming months.
  • Triple Bay’s launch adds a yacht club, a state-of-the-art marina, the Corallium marine life institute, a Marina Village and a 5 km Wellness Route linking resorts and experiences.
  • Phase One carries SAR 51.04 billion in investment and will expand to nine resorts and more than 1,600 keys, with Clinique La Prairie, Jayasom and The Ritz-Carlton to follow.
  • RSG targets a 30% net conservation benefit by 2040, 100% renewable energy eliminating an estimated 350,000 tCO2eq annually, and a design capacity capped at 500,000 visitors per year.
  • Access runs through Red Sea International Airport with direct flights from Doha, Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh, a European route expected soon, AlWajh Airport reopening in 2026, and the yacht club slated to host The Ocean Race Grand Finale in 2027.
