• Government auctions in Hyderabad’s Raidurg this week set a new benchmark, with a 7.67-acre parcel selling at ₹177 crore per acre and an 11-acre tract at ₹141.5 crore per acre, drawing 12 and five bidders respectively.
• Officials said the sales validate investor confidence and projected government receipts of up to ₹3,135 crore when auction proceeds are combined with registration and stamp duties.
