• Colchester’s Castle Park retained its Green Flag and gained Green Heritage Site Accreditation, and councils in York and Harrow each added multiple accredited sites.
• Herefordshire remained the only county without any Green Flag awards this year, underscoring uneven regional recognition of green space quality.
