Overview
- The Receita Federal opened consultation on Tuesday, June 23, and will deposit the second-lot credits on June 30 to roughly 9,585,797 taxpayers totaling R$16 billion.
- Payments are issued by a legally defined priority order that starts with people 80 and older, then those 60–79, people with disabilities or serious illness, and teachers, with users of pre-filled returns or Pix also prioritized and filing time used to break ties.
- Taxpayers should check inclusion through the Receita portal or the Meu Imposto de Renda app with a Gov.br login and must fix processing pendencies in the e‑CAC or by filing a retification to release withheld refunds.
- Refunds will be paid only into the taxpayer’s own bank account and failed deposits can be rescheduled with Banco do Brasil for up to one year, after which the taxpayer must request the funds via the e‑CAC portal.
- Together with the May superlote, these two early payments will cover about 18.3 million people and R$32 billion, leaving remaining lots for late July and late August plus a special mid‑July batch for some late filers.
