• Western United Fish Company, doing business as Annasea Foods Group, initiated the recall after a supplier’s green onions tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes.
• The affected item is Costco number 17193, packaged in clear clamshell containers with a packed date of Sept. 18 and a sell-by date of Sept. 22.
• The FDA notice says the ready-to-eat product was distributed through Costco deli sections in 32 states.
• No illnesses have been reported to date; customers should not eat the product and may return it to Costco for a refund or dispose of it.
