Rebellion Developments Founders Awarded CBE in New Year's Honours

Chris and Jason Kingsley recognized for their contributions to the economy and the UK games industry.

Chris and Jason Kingsley, founders of Rebellion Developments, have been awarded a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the King's New Year Honours list for their services to the economy.
The Kingsley brothers founded Rebellion Developments, the studio behind popular series like Sniper Elite and Zombie Army, three decades ago.
Rebellion Developments is also active in the comic scene as the publisher of the 2000 AD IP, the universe in which Judge Dredd operates.
Both Kingsleys have previously received OBEs (Officers of the Order of the British Empire) and have been advocates and fixtures of the UK games industry.
Rebellion Developments, which has nearly 600 employees, also works in publishing, film and TV production.
