Netflix's upcoming sci-fi film 'Rebel Moon' directed by Zack Snyder has released its full trailer, providing a detailed look at the plot and characters.
The film, originally a discarded 'Star Wars' project, is a two-part standalone film with the first part, 'Rebel Moon — Part One: A Child of Fire', set to premiere on December 22, 2023.
The story revolves around Kora (Sofia Boutella), a stranger with a mysterious past who crash lands on a moon and becomes the only hope for survival for a peaceful settlement of farmers when they are threatened by the tyrannical Regent Balisarius and his cruel emissary, Admiral Noble.
Kora assembles a small band of warriors from different worlds who share a common need for redemption and revenge to fight against the armies of the Motherworld.
The second part of the film, 'Rebel Moon — Part Two: The Scargiver', is set to debut on Netflix on April 19, 2024.
