- Realme priced the 16 Pro+ from Rs 39,999 and the 16 Pro from Rs 31,999, while Redmi set the Note 15 at Rs 22,999 and the Pad 2 Pro from Rs 24,999.
- Sales for the new phones begin January 9, with Redmi Pad 2 Pro variants following on January 12 across Flipkart, brand sites and retail partners.
- The Realme 16 Pro+ uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and adds a 50MP periscope telephoto to its 200MP main camera; the 16 Pro runs MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300-series with a 200MP main sensor.
- Redmi’s Note 15 5G features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, a 108MP OIS main camera, a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and a 5,520mAh battery with 45W charging.
- Both Realme phones carry 7,000mAh batteries with 80W charging and IP66/68/69 ratings, Realme promises three Android OS updates and four years of security patches, and the brand also introduced the Pad 3 and Buds Air 8 (from Rs 26,999 and Rs 3,799).
