Razer Launches Synapse Web Beta for Browser-Based Peripheral Setup

Initial support is limited to three Huntsman keyboards, with Synapse 4 still required for advanced features.

Overview

  • The web app is available now and works only in Chromium-based browsers including Chrome, Edge, and Opera, with Safari and Firefox not supported yet.
  • Users can change key mappings, apply Chroma RGB Quick Effects, and view, edit, and save onboard profiles to device memory.
  • Supported devices at launch are the Huntsman V3 Pro 8KHz, Huntsman V3 Pro TKL 8KHz, and Huntsman V3 Pro Mini.
  • Razer positions the tool for quick configuration at LANs, esports tournaments, and shared PCs where installing software may be restricted.
  • Razer plans to expand device compatibility over time, while multi-device Chroma sync and deeper integrations remain in Synapse 4.
