- The series follows three different families vying to buy the same 1920s Spanish style villa, with the sellers discovering that the home of their dreams can be a nightmare.
- The series is executive produced by Feldman, Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum of Gloria Sanchez Productions, Christie Smith and Silver Tree, who will also direct the pilot and additional episodes.
